I'm Jojanneke. A strategic mentor, systems thinker, and creative designer of social change. For almost thirty years, I've worked with people and organizations who want to distinguish their mission from the rest, and especially want to mobilize for transitions that matter. My work has found its way from the stage to parliament, from TEDx to the Civil Code.

I'm the author of several books, including "Zo, nu ben je wees" (So, now you're orphan), which inspired new legislation. Moreover, I'm a grateful and proud Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the UK. And: a designer through and through. Of ideas, systems, campaigns, and narratives that resonate and have impactful effects.

But above all, I am an ally for people who want to make an impact without losing themselves. People who refuse to sell their soul and won't bend the knee.
